Community Broadcasting

PY Media has been able to establish a strong programming presence as a community broadcaster.

In conjunction with CBF (Community Broadcast Foundation), PY Media has established a community broadcast network throughout the A.P.Y. Lands. This has meant the delivery of cultural relevant programs to every household with a radio and a television set. Examples of these programs are:

    • The Rikina Video Show: programs made by Anangu media producers.
    • Tjina Irititja - Old Tracks: programs compiled from PY Media's extensive video archive collection.
    • Nguraku Manyu - Greedy for Country: Stories about country and the people from the APY Lands
