AnTEP was setup 30 years ago and is run by the University of South Australia. AnTEP is an abbreviation of Anangu Tertiary Education Program. The studies that are included are Teacher studies, Curriculum which includes math's, writing, reading, Cultural studies, Academic Studies including computer use, how to study and plan work effectively. The Indulkana AnTEP centre is one of the most successful programs on the lands as the enrolment levels are of the highest. Mimili is second.

The desired outcome of this project is for Anangu people to be able to teach on the APY Lands in culturally sensitive manner. The facilities that are available to the AnTEP students are computers which are connected to the internet, a library and a study room equipped with desks and multimedia such as a TV, VCR and projector.
